Why it is used

These details help us answer your questions and follow up about Inquivo. Only authenticated platform administrators can review marketing inquiries.

How it is processed

This local version stores records in the local backend database. Assistant messages are sent to the configured Azure OpenAI service to generate replies. API credentials are kept on the server.

Your choices

You can use the contact form without using the AI assistant. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. Use the contact form to ask about your records.

The operator identity, privacy contact, retention schedule, and final hosting details must be completed and reviewed before publication.
